Admission and Registration Procedures

 

Admission Policy

           

The Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of San Francisco, mindful of their mission to be witnesses to the love of Christ for all, admit students of any race, color, and national and/or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded to or made available to the students at the schools. The Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of San Francisco do not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of race, color, and national and/or ethnic origin, age, sex, or disability in the administration of educational policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

 

Application Process

 

Applicants must complete and/or submit the following:

 

For Kindergarten:

 

1. Complete Application Form and $50 application fee

2. Copy of Baptismal Certificate

3. Copy of Birth Certificate

4. Copy of Social Security Card

4.Copy of Immunization Record

 

For grades One through Seven:

 

1. Complete Application Form and $50 Application Fee

2. Copy of Baptismal Certificate and First Holy Communion when applicable

3. Copy of Immunization Record

4. Copy of latest Report Card and Standardized Test Scores

5.Confidential Teacher Recommendation

 

*We do not usually accept 8th graders.

 

 

Kindergarten Applications: We are still accepting applications for the 2010-2011 Kindergarten class.

 

Applications may be picked up from the school office or downloaded from the St. Catherine of Siena website. Applications along with required documentation must be submitted as soon as possible.

 

Children entering kindergarten must be five years old by September 1, 2010.
